  Worship Circle Mission:

             The Mission of the Worship Circle is to advance the vision for worship at Genesis through prayerful, creative and informed reflection by continually offering up the sacrifices of praise through Worship. As a Worship Ministry we vowed to properly prepare ourselves for worship, through purification and consecration.  

Worship Service

First Sunday

• Intercessory Prayer – 6:45am
• Laymen’s League Breakfast in Fellowship Hall – 7:30am 
• Combined Sunday School and Breakfast in Fellowship Hall – 8:30am
• Morning Worship – 10:00am – Baptisms and communion are held on the first Sunday of each month. 

Second Sunday – Dress down Sunday – Casual attire is welcomed.

Requirements for New Members

Adult and Youth

All Genesis members are asked to complete a series of discipleship classes before being baptized and/or receiving the right-hand of fellowship.  The adult classes are held each Sunday morning at 9:30am in the Marion Evans conference room on the second floor. There are six classes for adult members. 

Youth joining Genesis are asked to attend four discipleship classes.  The classes for children and youth are held on the second, third, four, and fifth Sundays on the third floor.

The classes do not have to be taken in order.  Upon completing the classes, new members are scheduled to be baptized and/or receive the right hand of fellowship on the first Sunday of the month.  Your new members class teacher will let you know when you are scheduled for baptism.
